You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.Here is what you can expect to do while working here:Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient mannerAccurately reporting findings to the operations leadership team.Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.Safely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company property.Communicating escalations to the Assistant Superintendent and/or SuperintendentMaintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.Performing other tasks as assignedRequirementsMinimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the golf industry.Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditionsReliable transportationPreferred Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and SpanishA valid pesticide applicators licenseValid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR checkBenefitsThe well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
